Great question! You have just invested hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars in a website to firmly establish your presence on the internet and get found by all of your potential customers. Do you have the time and expertise to maintain it properly?
Regularly updating your website is not just a matter of changing the price here or a graphic there. Regular updates to your website are very important to your Search Engine Optimization and will help ensure that your hard earned dollars don't go to waste by dropping your search engine rankings. Search engines love to crawl web pages, but if your content is stale and outdated, they won't bother, therefore your rankings drop. Can you afford that?
Additionally, your visitors to your site want to see that the content is being updated regularly. It gives them more confidence to buy from you, knowing that you are really out there and providing them with the current information that they want. And it's all about giving your clients what they want, right?

What plans are available?
I have several different maintenance options to choose from, and one is sure to fit your budget and provide you with the updates that you require as well as some extra tools that will help you keep your website current and strong. Pay the year up front to receive a 10% discount!

**Please note that all Maintenance Plans are available only for sites that I have designed. If you are in need of maintenance and/or a site re-design, please Request a Quote and I will gladly consult with you about your needs.
**Price discounts and higher priority are provided for accounts with signed maintenance plan agreements. All plans require a one (1) year committment, with the exception of the Hourly Plan, however this plan bills at a higher hourly rate.
Website Maintenance Hourly Plan:
- Website updates may be purchased and billed on an hourly basis, if required, at the rate of $70 per hour. You will be billed monthly upon completion of the work, terms are Net 15.
Website Maintenance & Support Plans:
Plan A - $49.00 per month
- Editing of up to 2 web pages per month (exclusive of complete page re-layouts, image/graphic editing not included).
- One 20-minute coaching call per month to talk about whatever your needs might be at the time - SEO, marketing, website changes, social media, etc.
OR or 20 minutes of support/troubleshooting per month - Unlimited remove pages
- All work completed within 72 hours of request.
Plan B - $149 per month
- Editing of up to 5 web pages per month (exclusive of complete page re-layouts, image/graphic editing not included).
- Two 30-minute coaching calls per month to talk about whatever your needs might be at the time - SEO, marketing, website changes, social media, etc.
OR or 60 minutes of support/troubleshooting per month - Unlimited remove pages
- All work completed within 48 hours of request.
- Priority Service
Plan C - $299 per month
- Unlimited page edits.
- Two 45-minute coaching calls per month to talk about whatever your needs might be at the time - SEO, marketing, website changes, social media, etc.
OR or 90 minutes of support/troubleshooting per month - Unlimited remove pages
- All work completed within 48 hours of request.
- 1st Priority Service
Maintenance Plans Terms of Service
- Website Maintenance is defined as updates and changes to your website, after the initial site build is complete, has been uploaded to the server, and final revisions have been made and approved.
- Photos and other graphics are to be provided by the client. If necessary TSD can supply graphics and images for an additional fee.
- SEO is not included. SEO Packages can be purchased separately.
- Any changes that the client, or another designer, makes to the website themselves that result in needed repair by TSD will result in additional charges for said repair.
- Changes requested by the client that exceed the limits of their current maintenance plan will result in additional hourly charges of $50.00.
- All text that is submitted is required in electronic format. Text must be provided in the format it is to be used. If it is not suitable for effective website copy as determined by TSD, copywriting services are available for an additional fee.
- Requests for additional pages and structural changes to the navigation will be charged at the normal rate of $50 per hour.
- Basic resizing of photos required for updates is included, however additional graphic design work (including Flash) will be charged accordingly. All graphics must be supplied in digital format.
- Maintenance contracts are non-refundable.
