Websites ~

Website pricing is based on each individual project. Once we've discussed in detail what kind of website you need, I will provide you with a free written estimate. This estimate will detail how many pages will be on your site, what kind of bells and whistles are included, what's not included, and other pertinent information.

This estimate will also give an estimated range of hours I think it will take to complete the site, thereby giving a price estimate as well.

Most of my sites range between $300 - $500, for a static site. Obviously, the more content you have, the higher the price will be. My hourly rate is $35 for sites that I will maintain for the client. All changes and additions are billed at this rate. Updates are billed at $35 per hour, in 15 minute increments.

Clients wishing to maintain their own website can do so with the additional purchase of Adobe Contribute software, or Adobe In-Context Editing service. This allows you to update certain areas of your site that are pre-designated as editable, without comprising site integrity. This must be determined prior to beginning any site design. My hourly rate to build a site that a client will maintain themselves is $45 per hour. Updates to non-editable areas of the site are also performed at $45 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.

Logo Design ~

• Basic logo design starts at $125, includes up to 3 revisions.
• Logo and Business card design starts at $200 and includes up to 3 revisions for each.

Print Ads ~

• Start at $75 for a full page (8.5" x 11") color ad.
• $45 for half page ads & smaller.
• Composite ads - $50 for first image, $35 each for subsequent images on the same ad. Pricing includes background image.

Photo Retouching and Editing -

• $35 per hour, with a $25 minimum.

Virtual Assistant Services ~

• $25 - $35 per hour (1 hour minimum)
• Retainer Plan - I can provide retainer plans for those that know ahead of time that they will need a minimum number of hours each month. These plans provide a discounted hourly rate, depending on how many hours you purchase. Retainer plans must be paid in advance by the 1st of every month. Any billable hours over the contracted rate will be charged at the normal hourly rate. Contracted hours do not roll over from month to month.
  • 10 hours per month ~ 5% discount
  • 20 hours per month ~ 8% discount
  • 30 hours per month ~ 10% discount

Billing & Terms ~

• Clients are invoiced monthly, usually the last day of the month.
• Websites: Clients are billed 50% upon signing of the contract, 25% when site is completed, just prior to launch, and the remaining 25% once the website is live. Updates are billed monthly at the normal rate of $35 per hour. All billing is done in 15 minute increments.
• Graphic Design: Projects over $100 will be billed at 50% down upon signing of contract. The balance is due prior to forwarding full resolution images. Subsequent projects will be billed upon completion on an individual basis.
• Virtual Assistant Services: Initial Virtual Assistant Services are provided on a retainer only (discount not offered for first time clients). The amount can be determined with the client on an individual basis. Subsequent billings will be monthly for time accrued during the previous billing period, unless client wishes to remain on a retainer basis (which is always encouraged). Failure to pay will result in the client reverting back to a retainer only billing. 
• Terms are Net 15. Delinquent bills will be assessed a $25 late charge if payment is not received within 15 days of the due date. If an amount remains delinquent 30 days after the due date, an additional 5% penalty will be added for each month of delinquency. With the 3rd delinquent invoice, TSE will not perform subsequent work without the benefit of a retainer.
• Rush services are available for an additional fee of 20% (for work needed faster than my normal 72 hour turnaround).
