Websites these days are more complex than in the past, and there are more moving parts and components that can break these days. They aren’t just a one-time thing, where you can build it and let it set. It needs TLC, and just like your car needs maintenance work to keep running smoothly, so does your website. Making improvements and updates along the way are critical to the success of your website and how well it works for you and brings you the business you need.
Every business has different needs, so I have several different website maintenance plans to choose from. If you don’t see something that works for you, please contact me and I can create a customized plan that will fit your specific needs.
*Basic Support: all issues and revisions responded to within the typical time frame of 2-3 business days, with the exception of website being offline, which will be addressed at the earliest possible opportunity.
**Priority Support: All issues, additions and revisions responded to within 1 business day, with the exception of website being offline, which will be addressed at the earliest possible opportunity.
***Ultra-Priority Support: All issues, additions and revisions responded to within 12 hours (business days only).
**** Website hosting includes up to 5000 monthly visits, 5GB disk space, 250 GB bandwidth, and SSL certificate.
Website Maintenance FAQ
Your website would first be evaluated to become familiar with its framework and layout, updated and backed up. Recommendations would be provided to bring your website up to TSD standards that would allow you to purchase a monthly plan. At this point, a custom maintenance plan would be created specifically for your website and your particular needs.
There is a one time fee of $300 to perform this evaluation.
